Hi, I’m Darcy.
I created Henceforth after nearly two decades in public service and community leadership—building programs, shaping policy, mentoring teams, and helping good people do their best work.
I’ve always been the person you call when something needs attention, coordination, momentum, or care.
This work is a continuation of that… with a little more freedom, a little more soul, and a lot of heart.
